Submitting a form does not create a binding order or contract. Kawa Coffee Uganda will respond to enquiries directly by email.

Pricing, availability, sample terms, and supply conditions may vary depending on buyer type, volume, location, and current stock.

Private label coffee projects are handled individually and may require separate agreements regarding branding, packaging, quantities, timelines, and payment terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Kawa Coffee name, logo, website design, text, and visual identity belong to Kawa Coffee Uganda and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Kawa Coffee Uganda is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website.
